A commerce and brand agency serving Fortune 500 retail needed a forward-looking creative-technology vision: AI-augmented, data-driven brand experiences at enterprise scale.
TPN wanted to be known as the agency that could actually deliver AI-integrated commerce for enterprise retail, not just talk about it in a pitch.
My job was to set that creative-technology vision and then make it real: reproducible, white-label brand experiences that held up at Fortune 500 scale.

I built an in-store ecosystem: a lift-and-learn experience with new products, interactive displays, and directed marketing on in-store digital screens, plus a takeaway experience on the phone. It all connected into one comprehensive journey that met customers where they wanted to be, instead of feeling sold to.

We prototyped the complete experience, including a physical interaction: when someone lifted a product, every screen surfaced that item's information and marketing, and we built a way to take that information with you on your phone. It was also a white-label ecosystem, one we could reuse in any physical establishment, for any content or product.

In-store and shopper marketing across dealer locations. Built around the dealer reality, not a marketing-team fantasy of one.

Heavy-equipment marketing across dealer and direct channels. The brief was global; the execution had to land in markets where the buyer doesn't browse, they specify.
