What gets collected

When you just read the site

Analytics through PostHog, hosted in the United States. It records pages viewed, roughly how far down you scrolled, which links you clicked, and coarse technical details like browser, operating system, device type and approximate city from your network connection.

This site honours Do Not Track. If your browser sends that signal, no analytics load at all. Nothing is recorded. You do not have to ask me.

Until you hand over an email address, all of this is attached to a random identifier and not to a person. I cannot tell who you are and I am not trying to.

When you take an assessment or a readiness check

Your answers, the result, and the same random session identifier. If you never enter an email, that record has no name on it.

When you give me your email

Email address, and whatever else you chose to type: name, company, role, job title, what you said you are stuck on. At that point, and only at that point, your earlier activity on this site gets connected to you.

I am telling you that plainly because it is the part most sites bury. Once you identify yourself, I can see the pages you read before you did.

Session recording

I may record how a page is used so I can see where people get stuck. Your answers, and anything you type, are masked before the recording leaves your browser. That covers form fields and the options you pick in an assessment.

A recording shows me that somebody paused on question seven, scrolled back up, and left. It does not show me what they said.

Why

• To make the site better. Which workshop descriptions people open tells me what to write more of and what to retire.
• To send you what you asked for. Your assessment result, in an email.
• To write to you occasionally when I publish something related. One click unsubscribes and I do not make it difficult.
• To have a useful conversation if you book a call, instead of asking you to repeat what you already typed.

Who else sees it

Subject matter experts

I work with a small, named group of independent experts in areas I do not cover: legal and AI policy, security, accessibility, and a few others. If you book time with one of them through me, they need enough context to be useful in the first five minutes rather than spending them on catch-up.

Here is exactly how that works.

• If I introduce you, you are on the email. You can see everything I said about you, because you are reading it at the same time they are.
• If you book directly with an expert from their profile page, they get what you typed on the booking form and nothing else. Not your browsing history, not your assessment answers, not anything you did not write for them.
• Every expert is under a written confidentiality agreement with me before they appear on this site. They cannot use what they learn about you for anything except helping you.
• They are not buying your details and I am not selling them. No money moves in that direction, ever.

How long I keep it

• Analytics: rolling twelve months, then it ages out.
• Assessment records with no email attached: twenty-four months, as anonymous aggregate.
• Your contact record: until you ask me to delete it, or three years after we last spoke, whichever comes first.
• Session recordings: thirty days.

What you can ask for

Wherever you live, and regardless of whether a law in your state or country requires it of me, you can ask me to:

• Tell you everything I hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete all of it.
• Send it to you in a file you can take elsewhere.
• Stop emailing you, which the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email also does instantly.
• Stop the analytics, which turning on Do Not Track in your browser also does instantly.

Email hi@aneilrazvi.com and I will do it within thirty days, usually the same week. I will not ask you why, I will not route you through a form, and I will not try to talk you out of it. If I need to confirm it is really you, I will ask you to reply from the address on the record and nothing more.

Where the data sits, and a note if you are outside the United States

This site, its database and its analytics are hosted in the United States. If you are reading this from the EU, the UK, or anywhere with stronger data rules than Texas, your information will be processed in the US. The rights listed above are offered to you regardless.

Children

This site is for working adults and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe I have, email me and it is gone the same day.

Changes

If I change something meaningful here, the date at the top changes and I will say what changed rather than quietly reissuing the page. If the change affects people already on my list, they get an email about it.
