The course
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The course is built for people who don't. You think on paper, test with real people, and then give an AI tool a plan clear enough to build from.
What are the ways in?
Three, and you can pick more than one. Paper Day covers steps 1 to 5 in one four-hour session, in Dallas-Fort Worth or at home with a print kit. The Build cohort covers steps 6 to 9, live online on Saturday mornings after Paper Day. Self-paced covers all ten steps, online at your own pace. See all ten steps.
Is it live or recorded?
Paper Day and the Build cohort are live with me. Self-paced is short videos, printables and timed tasks you do on your own schedule.
Will my whole app be finished?
Not every part, and that's on purpose. Your whole app will be designed on paper, tested with real people and planned. Then you build a first working version with an AI tool: real software, live at a web address anyone can open on their phone, with the home screen and your first part working. You leave knowing how to build every other part the same way.
Who owns what I make?
You do: your app, your paper and your documents. The course prompts and templates are for your own project.

Paper Day
Where and when is it?
In the Dallas-Fort Worth area, most likely on a Saturday morning. The room and the date are being set now. Everyone on the list hears first, with the address.
How long is it?
One four-hour session. Every exercise has a timer, and when it ends you stop. That keeps you out of rabbit holes.
What do I bring?
An idea and your phone. I bring the paper, phone and tablet frames, wireframe pieces, tape and pencils. No laptop on Paper Day.
How many people are in the room?
8 to 12, each working on their own idea. You test each other's paper, which is why the room matters.
Not near Dallas?
Do Paper Day at home: the same five steps with a print kit and short videos. Join the at-home list and you'll get one email when it opens.
What does it cost?
$99 for the first two rooms, then $149. What you pay counts in full toward the Build cohort or the self-paced course.

Build cohort
Is it online or in person?
Online. "Live" means you join me in real time on a video call, on Saturday mornings, from wherever you are. It's not a pre-recorded video course.
Do I need Paper Day first?
Yes, in person or at home. You build from paper that real people have already tested, so the AI builds the right thing.
When does it start?
Right after the first Paper Day. The list gets the dates first.
How big is the group?
Up to 8 people. It still runs if only one or two join. A small group just means more of my time on your app.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and posted within a day, for the people in your cohort only. Recordings are never public or shared outside the group. You also get one 15-minute catch-up call with me, and if life gets in the way, you can move to a later cohort once, free.

Money and refunds
Do I pay now?
No. Reserving holds your spot. When the date is set, you get a link to a secure Stripe checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. For Paper Day, if you can't make it, you get your money back or a seat at a later Paper Day, your choice. For the Build cohort, a full refund up to the start of session 2. After that, you can move to a later cohort.
Can I pay in two parts?
Yes. The Build cohort is $897, or two payments of $459.
What does the self-paced course cost?
$397 for all ten steps, with every kit and template. It opens soon, and the list gets one email when it does.
Is there an option for a school or team?
Yes. A private Paper Day covers steps 1 to 5 with laptops closed, for a school, a team or an organization. Book a 15-minute intro.

Tools and tech
Which AI tool do I need?
Claude or ChatGPT, on your own account. Your plan lives in a Project there from step 6 on. Step 7 helps you pick the tools your app runs on, and any accounts or costs for those are yours. We set them up together, mostly on free tiers.
What else do I need?
For Paper Day, just your idea and your phone. For the Build cohort, a computer with a camera for the video call. We also work on a shared FigJam board during live sessions, and I'll send you the link.
